We had an exceptional experience at Pulse Multispeciality Hospital for the birth of our baby. From our initial prenatal visits through to delivery and postpartum recovery, the level of care and professionalism was outstanding. I must say, Dr. Bhumika Gadkari Madam is exceptionally talented and caring. She took every safety precaution and ensured a smooth and safe delivery. The entire hospital environment was exceptionally neat and clean. Regular housekeeping ensured that the room and washroom were maintained to a high standard throughout our stay. The entire nursing and support staff were courteous, professional, and always willing to help. The OT/ICU staff were equally efficient and well-coordinated. The meal services were also satisfactory and well-managed. Even the discharge process was completed smoothly and without unnecessary delays. Overall, it was a very positive experience for our family. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Dr. Bhumika Gadkari Madam, Dr. Suyog Sir, and Sagar Sir for their guidance, support, and reassurance throughout the entire process.
